AZ Kurumsal — enterprise resource system
An enterprise management system bringing inventory, HR and finance into one dashboard. Four mobile apps ran field operations against the same API.
The company's office and field sides were disconnected: stock in one place, staff in another, the field team reporting by phone.
What I built
I split the legacy setup into two platforms: a customer-facing presentation and catalogue surface, and an internal enterprise resource system. The second brings inventory, human resources and finance together in one place.
I connected the four field mobile apps to the same API. Notifications between the office dashboard and the field team are instant, and role-based access control matches staff seniority.
Asset lifecycle
Depreciation tracking, stock movements and QR-based inventory counts were automated. Where an asset is and how much value it has lost is one query away.
